Salam Alikom, this is your Brother Mohamed from Morocco , I'm not a native English speaker, so please pardon me if I make grammar or spelling mistakes , here is 15 tips that I found helpful to memorise Quran so far.
1- Make a sincere intention to memorise in the sake and pleasure of Allah.
2- Stay away from sins, so that you can focus in your goal
3- Be good to your parents and family.
4- Take advantage of your time, don't waste any minute for nothing, revise when you are waiting for the bus or train, or walking in the Street, or during your commutes.
5- Stay away from the friends or co-workers who chat and talk a lot ,with no benefit.
6- Memorize from a single Quran Book or PDF, The best to use, is Mushaf Al-Madinah, printed by King fahd, it's well organized, and has beautiful calligraphy and design.
7- If you use Mushaf madinah the old version, then visit my youtube channel , and watch Quran Memorization playlist, I personaly use this material to memorize, I divided the each Quran page into three parts, five lines each, this will keep the Quran text organized and classified in your mind, so when you revise you'll see the Quran slides in your brain imagination.

8- Use all the senses to learn, Seeing, hearing and touching, by following with your fingers, or writting the Arabic text or English Transliteration, this will enforce it in your memory.
9- listen a lot to your favorite reciter, the ones I recommend are Mohamed Sedik Al-Minshawi, Mostafa Ismail, Omar Al-Qazabri, Bandar Balilah, Meshari Rashed Al-Efassi.
10- Stay focused, and make memorizing a daily habit, a long life objective and lifestyle.
11- Revise a lot, and use what you learned in your Salat,s or Night prayers.
12- The best times to learning are fajr. early morning, or one hour before you sleep.
13- Be careful with what you hear or listen to , Allah will ask you for everything you hear or see, make you fill your memory with Quran, hadith and something good for your present life and hereafter.
14 - Find a companion or friend, who will help you to revise and memorise and keep you motivated.
15- Meditating . understanding the meaning Quran's Ayat , helps a lot to memorize. ReplyDeleteI want to know why are you adding false information in the Quran it self! In the 4. verse you added (wifes) when it said ''you two repent to Allah, for your heart is deviated'' when the Quran was actually referring to the two couples, husband and wife! Because in the previously verse he was talking about both wife and the husband. Your not aloud to put something that was not written in the Quran, thats the reason why people get nonsense false information about the Quran.

Thousands and thousands of people memorize Quran every year. And they do memorize Quran for 3-5 years and 6 months of pre-memorization. They spent quite a lot of time to memorize which can be significantly reduced by introducing some scientific approach and memorization techniques used by world memory champions.

This CoVid-19 break was a blessing in a sense that I completed large part of experiment in this period. So far the results are quite remarkable. And now I am at the last phase of finalizing this method. For this, I will need to train students for 1 year to get the required data and find its solution. So, I need some help in this regard. Other helps or guidance are appreciated I am especially seeking
for financial aid.to cover this time period.

ReplyDeleteI read a fatwa that writting Quran in other langauge is Haram only translating it or translating its meaning is permissble so i guess writing Quran letters in English is Haram.
And in your youtube channel there was verses writtin in that way
